Mall, much?

For her birthday Holly received a gift card to Sketchers. I decided to save it for back-to-school sneakers, since she doesn't really wear them in the summer anyway.

Yesterday afternoon I decided it was time for her and I to hit the mall and use that gift card.

When I told Holly, her first questions was "What's the mall?" She had absolutely no idea where I was taking her shopping. When we entered the mall, she looked around and said, "Oh yeah, I remember this place."

But the real test was the escalators. She didn't remember how to get on and off them.
