Dinner at the Pluckemin Inn

I'm trying to get a copy of the amazing tasting menu that we enjoyed Friday night for our anniversary dinner at the Pluckemin Inn. It was by far the best meal we have eaten in NJ, and definitely in the top 3 overall.

We started in the bar with "BUBBLIN’ BROWN SUGAR- A Caribbean take on the Champagne Cocktail. Housemade dark ginger syrup, peach and orange bitters, Gruet blanc de noir."

Yum!

UPDATE!!!!

I emailed the Pluckemin Inn and David Felton sent me back the tasting menu!

Looks great. I'm jealous. But not too jealous - we're heading to Acacia tomorrow night for a celebration for two.
