We had a great long weekend. Saturday Gillian had basketball practice, and she is really improving! There are 9 girls playing, and she is enjoying it a lot. Couldn't believe last week, though when the coaches started them running full-court suicide drills. In first grade! Unlike me, she loves running, so it's just more fun for her.
We did a little outlet shopping in Flemington Saturday afternoon, then home for a movie night. Sunday Lisa & Bob came over for dinner. We had some drinks and a casual supper and got caught up on all their news and travels. Lisa took a nice picture of the six of us.
Monday was a kind of a day off with a normal Monday intruding here and there; I still had to make soup, and Gillian still had her gymnastics class.
